Join us at Bird’s Nest at Blackbird as we celebrate the 1 Year Anniversary of Peri & Pause, a local women’s health clinic dedicated to helping women navigate perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopausal care with confidence.
Peri & Pause was founded on the belief that women deserve to feel heard, informed, and supported through every stage of midlife. These hormonal transitions are a natural part of life, yet conversations surrounding them are often overlooked or dismissed in traditional healthcare settings. Peri & Pause is working to change that by creating a space where women can ask questions, find answers, and take an active role in understanding their health.
This anniversary celebration is about more than marking a milestone. It’s an opportunity to bring women in our community together for an afternoon of connection, conversation, and education in a welcoming, relaxed setting.

The Peri & Pause team will lead an open discussion, offering insight into the changes women experience throughout midlife and addressing concerns that may not always receive the attention they deserve in a typical doctor’s appointment. No question is too small, and no topic should feel off-limits.
