Indulge in an unforgettable tequila-tasting experience with the renowned Don Cervellini at Bird’s Nest at Blackbird Brewery. This exclusive event offers a guided journey through the flavors and craftsmanship of Siempre Tequila, a brand rooted in heritage and innovation.  

Tasting includes a 1 oz pour of three Siempre tequilas – Plata, Añejo, and Reposado. We have curated a special menu of cocktails featuring the tequilas for purchase after the sampling.

Discover the “Mozart Method” of fermentation used in Siempre Plata, the rich complexity of the Añejo aged in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, and the deep traditions behind this exceptional brand.
