Mikey and Jess will take you on a global tour, sharing the fascinating history and origins of the original tiki cocktails. They’ve curated a special selection of four drinks, each honoring a key figure in tiki culture. Jess has gone the extra mile by preparing all the syrups, orgeat, and falernum from scratch to guarantee fresh, authentic flavors. Wondering what falernum is? - Mai Tai – Lime juice, rich mai tai simple syrup, orgeat, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao, Appleton 12 rum
- Saturn – Lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, orgeat, house-made falernum, Tanqueray Gin
- The Nui Nui (Pupule) – Lime juice, orange juice, cinnamon syrup, vanilla syrup, St Elizabeth Allspice Dram, Zacapa 23 rum, Angostura Bitters
